There's no sign-up. We don't ask for your name, email, or any other account details.
What you type
Your character details, audition responses, and chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies, scores, and avatar images. We don't use what you type to train AI models, and OpenAI doesn't train its models on data sent through its API by default.
How long we keep it
Game rooms, including characters, responses, and votes, are deleted automatically about two hours after the game. Chats with a saved bot aren't stored.
If you save a bot, its character sheet and avatar are kept so its link keeps working, and anyone with the link can view it and chat with it. You can delete it from the browser you saved it in. Otherwise it's removed after a year without being opened.
Your browser
We don't set cookies. Your browser's storage keeps your place in a game for the current tab, a key that lets you delete bots you saved, and whether you've acknowledged this notice.
Preventing abuse
Your IP address is used to limit how often features like avatar generation and bot chat can be used. Those counters expire within 24 hours.
